I’ve been coming here for years and the customer service from the staff is always a great experience. The teas taste amazing especially if you need a pick me with caffeine, collagen, any weight loss, or just for pleasure everything is good.

This please use to be amazing, since the remodeling they are horrible. Not sure if new people own it or what but my services have been bad, shakes have been nasty and not what I ask for.

This place was awesome before the remodel. Lots of tropical plants and very comfortable. Now it’s an uncomfortable boutique style layout, offering whip cream and assuming you don’t want the tea, even if it’s mentioned. Disappointing. James helped make that place what it was, now it’s something totally different.Edit: Response to the owner: Keep it up with the "woe is me attitude". This is the second review you claimed to be trying to destroy small business. Maybe if the people representing your company were to simply ask the customer if they wanted to make it a combo, the customer would then have opportunity to say yes. When a customer is inquiring about the tea, one should only assume that the customer would be interested in tea.Using sarcasm and insulting your customers for a less than 5 star review? How professional. Claiming slander? What part of my review was making false claims about the owner's company? The mere fact that the owner mentions I am trying to kill small business is not only slander, but also defamation of character. The owner needs to wake up, herbal life is a corporate giant, and being a privately owned franchise is actively supporting them.Review changed from a 3 star to 1, based on owner's response, lack of respect, and lack of professionalism.

Stopped in today for a much needed tea and shake. Had the peach passion tea and strawberry cheesecake shake. Delicious. Staff wore masks. Friendly service.
The smoothies are good just a little pricy and the workers were friendly and went the extra mile to satisfy us.

Tried for the first time looking for a regular place for meal replacement shakes. It was really good! Shame that your hispanic employee with blonde hair was very rude! Two stars because the other younger girl was very nice.

Uses too much ice and throws half of the product i paid for away, giving me a watered down product. No mask sign requirements and no employees wearing masks.
