Ordered a beach club got home it only had one slice of turkey 2 slices of cheese and very little avocado. I called and complained and the lady said thats the way its supposed to be made. Waste of $8 never again.

My first time trying jimmy johns and it wasn’t the best experience… I ordered my sandwich with Charles and by the time I paid it was already made, wow fast service right?! Yeah if the order was CORRECT! I get all the way home and realize my sandwich has toppings I did not ask for nor do I like! So I couldn’t even eat it.. I called and spoke to Charles and I didn’t get an apology for the inconvenience or any sympathy being that this was my dinner! All he said was that the store policy was I bring the sandwich back.. I live 30 mins away so another inconvenience! Won’t be back to this location or any jimmy johns at this point.

They don't have warm subs like other places, but they're fast, courteous, and delicious every single time that I order! I actually stopped going to Subway, because the service is far better at Jimmy John's. Delivery or takeout, I've never had an issue.

I frequent this location often and can say today was the very first day I was utterly disappointed. I ordered a little jj sandwich. The bread has changed and my bread was not fresh. Instead of the usual bread I'm use to, it was a thick and stale-ish. It was prepared like a hot dog bun, not put together well. It was just not good. I order most often 2-3 times a week because everything else around me is horrible. Thought I found my gem but now I am not sure anymore. Hoping it was a fluke or someone new. ???
