I never write bad reviews but this saddened me today! I ordered a small mocha frappe for myself & I didn’t notice there was bits of a broken acrylic nail ( I do not have fake nails on myself or anyone in my household) til I was already nearly finished with my drink. I ordered in the drive thru 4/11/24 at 11:56am so I will be calling to be compensated for this :/

This has been the best of the 4 near me, the fries have always been fresh and the burgers and fish filets have been hot and not sloppily built. They do a good job by me.

Automated system, not sure if they're just testing it out, but it messed up our order. Added mayo that we didn't ask for, put the patties so far apart they weren't even on the bun, forgot the chicken nuggets, cold fries, and too much seltzer in the coke (likely needed to be refilled or swapped).Maybe it'll be better next time.
