I see that there's new management at this McDonald's on 169th, I was worried about the customer service but both times I've come since they re-opened, they were overly nice. Good Job and please don't lose that as you move forward. It's needed.

Bad experience. When I make my order was nobody before me. The window girl ask me to pull next to window and I waited 16min for 2 Mc muffins. They should hire faster people those should be working for seniors citizens. Not coming back .

All the workers use profanity out loud. They don’t apologize when they mess up your order! Corporate really should step in and get this place in order or just shut this location down!
