The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I first did an online order for a melt and 8 piece boneless wings for pickup. Everything was overcooked. I do believe in second chances. Everyone is entitled to a bad day here and there. (Besides I LOVE Pizza Hut and they’re local) I even gave them a second chance. Again the customer service was awful. I can’t make this up. I politely explained what happened during my last visit and when I was done all I was told was my total for my current order. No feedback or apology whatsoever. NEVER AGAIN. Worst Pizza Hut experience in life.

My account was hacked. I live in washington. I called this pizza hut location to tell them I was hacked and to cancel the order or not give the hacker the food. I was ignored. Pizza hut rewards has been very unhelpful in getting my account safe again. I have reset my password dozens of times now. Your information is not safe with pizza hut. The apathy and lack of caring about the hacking is also unfortunate. Hackers should not be rewarded because of lack of care to deal with the issue.

My delivery order was delivered to the wrong address. I am a good tipper as I know these drivers are making a living either as a side hustle or living - either way - they are working hard. So when my order is delivered to the wrong house - I believe I should get reimbursement for my whole order including delivery and tip. The best the manager could do was give me a delivery credit good for 30 days....what??? I'm done.

This Pizza Hut in Hammond on Indianapolis Blvd is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Barely any cheese on it. Will never order from this location again
