The server was honestly pretty rude the whole time. Maybe that’s how she jokes around with regulars and gets away with it, but I’d hope she would discern not to be like that to everyone. She kept rushing people while placing their orders and then making fun of us when we asked for substitutions. Then when I mentioned that I used to waitress for a short time at a different Schoops location, she started talking badly about the other store. It was just very uncomfortable the whole time. The food tasted okay, but I don’t like smash burgers so she was making fun of me for wanting chicken tenders. They also make their food very differently from the other locations so it was confusing for me at times(which she also was complaining about). I really don’t imagine myself going to this location again.

We LOVED our visit to Schoop’s!! The inside is such a cute dinner atmosphere, the service was FANTASTIC, the food was incredible! The burgers are perfectly done, the Irish tots were loaded with goodness, and the milkshake was to die for. We definitely will be back!

Great place great food most of the time depending on whos cooking .. the problem with the schoops chain in general is prices are too high and significantly higher than competitors in the region .. which is why the booths are all filled with cardboard cutouts instead of actual ppl .. heres the key .. LOWER PRICES .. PRESENT COMBOS INSTEAD OF HAVING TO BUILD A MEAL AND THOSE CARDBOARD CUTOUTS WILL GET THE BOOT .. YOULL GUARANTEED SEE A CLIMB IN SALES / PROFITS
