Messed up my meal so many times. Had to wave down the guy at the window twice, once to add something to my order that they forgot to add, and another time because they forgot some food. Just to get home and realized they handed me the wrong sandwich, a much cheaper one at that. Such a waste of my time and money, awful experience.

Exceptional customer service ordering in the dining room for carryout yesterday. We were greeted right when we walked in and our order was taken right away. The food was very good and was hot. Kristopher had excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

I placed an online order, I told them it was about 10 minutes ago, I had the wrong name because the app auto changed my name from my name to my email, they tell me they don't have my order even though I told them it was 2 Dave's double they then tell us to pull up to the window and say we only have one online order, (obviously mine) after 40 minutes of waiting on 3 people that collectively didn't have one brain cell, I get a burger with no tomato no sauces at all and 2 patties that look like there from the jr burgers. They we absolutely ignorant and should be fired or be retrained.

Cashier had a horrible attitude at the drive thru menu and also when I drove up to the window. That night, Wendy's had little traffic going to that store. His attitude was poor and he knew it from the time I pulled up to pay. Said nothing while I passed him my card. He even forgot to add my fries on to my order. I turned around to go back through the line, but it was a waste of time scrutinizing a person who clearly didn't care about customer service or his job that night . I would be swinging at low hanging fruit.
