Wanted to love it ....however agreed driving out of the way at 5pm and calling ahead to ensure that they were open...I get there and they are CLOSED! An hour before the posted sign on the door. Call back and the person asks which location were you asking about. That would have been a good question to ask when I called the first time but regardless the business should stay open during business hours!Bad Business !

Omg the customer service was exceptional! Even if you didn't like popcorn you'd want to support this business. Walked in with my family and was greeted by great staff by the name of Michael and Michael Jr. They were very energetic and let us sample so many tasty flavors of popcorn and Lemonade. We left with a bucket of 4 different flavors. We're from MI and didn't even make it home before the bucket was gone. If I could give 10 stars I would. We would definitely be back sooner than later.

I really don't eat popcorn and I tell you, damn this place changed my mind. The owner and his crew are awesome and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. No gimmicks, which I like about a business and I recommend this place if your looking for, great tasting popcorn and lemonade. I will be going back for more.

I was up in the area for a little weekend trip and came across We’re Popp’in in Southlake mall. The popcorn is the BEST. I was so amazed by all the amazing flavors, but the service was even better! Hands down the best experience i’ve ever had in shop. I recommend the spicy salt and vinegar and the peanut butter and jelly!!

Visited for the first time yesterday. I walked by then turned around and decided to go back-I’m glad I did. First of all, the staff is super friendly and very generous about giving samples. The popcorn is excellent! I’m a fan of candy flavored popcorn and a lot of places over coat it so you can barely tell you’re eating popcorn but not here-it’s just right!I also recommend trying their Candyland Lemonade-it’s AMAZING! Especially if you’re a sugar lover like me. I was excited to find out they also have locations in Hammond and East Chicago which is a little closer to where I live. I’ll definitely be back!

Several things I noticed, they have people serving the food items and not wearing a mask. They don't switch out gloves when going back and forth with touching the popcorn when distributing and touching containers and other non food items, they don't put all there prices up and the popcorn was not fresh. The only thing that was decent was the customer service .

It was a very delightful experience! The staff was very polite and friendly. They had so many different flavors of popcorn and lemonade's I couldn't decide on what to get. But I did leave with a lot of popcorn and tea. Thank you for your hospitality and great customer service...South Lake Mall
