Stop worrying about pulling people forward, just get the order right. Everyone has already waited no need to wait more. There was time to do this review sitting in your line. No need for two drive through lanes just To be pulled forward.

Feels and looks like an airport chain. But it is less clean and is in the middle of a small town. Bathroom was very very dirty and very few people were working. The people that were working were either never in the kitchen or on their phones. No one was attending to the front and without any signage the drive thru was also not working. Food took forever to get and it was 1 meal. Do not waste your time going here. The hospital visit was faster by about 15 minutes.

Older lady at the order/payment window is always very rude and yelled at us today at 12:05pm. Poor customer service and will not be back. Corporate has been notified on the poor interaction. Kaylub provided great service at the food pickup window was very courteous and very prompt. Kaylub needs to teach the entire work crew there what customer service is.

Way too much waiting time for, ordering, getting your food and drinks, Ice Cream maker is broke 3/4 of the time. Some of the top managers bring in sodas from other places, and has to be the worst McDonald's ever. They also apparently don't know how to read, because 2/3 of the time they can't even get the orders right. ?Parking: Not enough parking!!!Wheelchair accessibility: It's good just not enough space in there to put them, and walkers to !!!
I like to come back to the places I have visited or reviewed in the past and give an update or a final review. That being said, I still hold very strongly on my 3 Star rating. The service is ALMOST always super super slow. And then you can peek around the corner and see the employees standing there talking about their cats and what they're doing when they get off. No one takes accountability for anything when it's wrong rather it was them or not. They say well this person did that, I'm so sorry. Instead of, I'm sorry let me fix that for you. Almost always my food is wrong in the bag. Never take the things off or put the things on that are asked for with your food. And then act like it's an inconvenience to fix your order that they messed up in the first place. You cannot come here if you are in a hurry. You will 9 times out of 10 be late to wherever you are going. And Come on McDonalds.....fix the dang ice cream machine. It's NEVER working! I would like to leave a better review but I honestly cannot right now.

You better have 20+ mins to wait if you go here. You could be the only car in line and you will still wait. I swear they are a slaughter the cow when you place the order kind of place. On the plus side the orders are usually correct. However, check the temperature because 99% of the time fries will be cold…yes even after waiting for your food. There’s just no pride in the work of the employees.

50 mins in the drive thru. Forgot my hash browns. Stood inside for another 30 mins to get 3 hash browns. It’s very obvious they could care less about service. A little wait is fine. Every time I come here it is this long. They’re incompetent.
