Service was absolutely AWFUL! Ordered a banana split and there was maybe 3 bites of ice cream in it, had to ask for a spoon, wasn't going to push it and ask for a napkin as she had an attitude for asking for a spoon. Pulled back around to order a misty float (slush AND ice cream) so I can get my fill of ice cream. Got to the window and was handed just a slushy. So had to wait for her to pay attention again and asked where the ice cream was, she rolled her eyes and said we only asked for a slushy, even the receipt showed it was misty float. Again, another attitude with the eye roll, and again, no straw, no spoon, no napkin as if we were bothering her too much. I guess I won't bother the workers with spending my money there.

I go here almost every week on my lunch break. Friendly workers, fast service, and my order always comes out fresh and accurate. I also prefer it over the local subway as they have guest wifi. I recommend the "meal deal," $7 for a meal and dessert.Parking: Always spots available, plus curbside pick-up spotsWheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, but they have a few accomodating tables

The end of it's not fast food it's fan food.No fault on the owner but within the last 5 years DQ has cheapened it's ingredients and the food has suffered. For the price pavs is always a better option food wise now.

I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere. Not that there is anything wrong with it. Just there is nothing special about it. It is just a Dairy Queen. It is exactly what you would expect. I have seen people complain about the Hebron DQ on social media. I live very close so I go here OFTEN! I think people complain just because they have to gripe about everything. I have always been happy with the service here. They are always friendly. Fairly quick. Food is always good for fast food. Again I go here a lot. And out of the many times they have made a few mistakes. When I let them know they were apologetic and made it right immediately with no argument. I have no complaints. I think they do a fine job there.
Order was completely wrong. I ordered a chocolate blizzard with brownies, cheesecake, and pretzels. I was told there wasn't pretzels, thats fine i want brownies and cheesecake. There was like two small bites of brownie and no cheesecake, it was just those chocolate shattered pieces i did not enjoy the crunch through the whole thing. Very dissatisfied

I went with my mother for lunch. We got the $7 meal deal. It was so good and honestly we could have split one dinnner. Alot of food for your money. I recommend for everyone. Fast service also.
