I am very disappointed with this store I had placed an order on online and none of the sandwiches were toasted at all. And when I called there to complain the lady lies to me saying that they were toasted and that the bread will go soft after toasting it. I work for Subway and I know that is a lie then saying that they were sitting there for 30 to 40 minutes till I picked them up which is also a lie because I live 5 minutes away and I placed the order at 5:40 and was picked up at 5:50 so yeah that was another lie. Please people don't go this subway there is nothing but liars there. Please go to a different subway so that way you can get your food done the right way

The day shift managers are always delight. Fast, friendly and always go above and beyond for me. I go past 2 other subways to go to this store. The veggie unit is always stocked and the food quality is great compared to other stores I have been to. Keep up the great work!

This was one of the cleanest Subways I have been at. The staff were extremely nice and courteous. Great quick stop.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very nice and patient with my kids ordering. They even cut my 4 year olds 6 in sub in half to make it easier for him to eat!

I’d give it less than 1 star if I could employees don’t know what there doing, they were out of everything we left didn’t even order cause nothing we wanted was prepared.. girl at register didn’t even know how to enter a phone number for rewards.. bathroom had pee everywhere outta soup to wash your hands.. worst subway I’ve ever been to

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smell that I thought I have never smelled before. Each table was very clean with enough seats for up to at least 2 people. As I inched closer to the sandwich ingredients, the smell got stronger. When I looked at the beautiful ingredients, I couldn't help but notice the variety of which I could pick to put on my sandwich. As I looked up, they had a menu like McDonald's. The sandwich tasted perfect with my customized ingredients. Overall, this place is pretty good.

This place should be shut down. The workers only get to have 1 I repeat one drink per shift and that's sad. Upon my visit today Saturday September 10th 2022 the drink fountain was out of order,and they don't take coupons. I hope the employees working there today find better employment, because this ain't it.

Clean, fast and convenient. Very upset that they don't honor app deals at all. I usually drive to downtown Hebron instead of the close one by I-65 just for this reason. Takes me a half hour instead of 6 minutes, but i can't see not saving money. Don't like to support this store for this very, and only, reason.

Ordered via UberEats a few times while in the area and was always happy with the food... it was difficult to find a delivery person because of the area, but the food was still very good despite sometimes being delivered cold (not the restaurant's fault)
This Subway location is one of the friendliest Subways I have seen in a while. Staff member, Jeremiah made our experience very pleasant. His pleasant and friendly nature followed my family and I on the way home as my friends brother continued to talk about how much he loved Jeremiah, hopes nothing but the best for Jeremiah, and how he would even go gay for Jeremiah. He also said "when Jeremiah asked me if this was enough lettuce I said yeah, when I'm reality it's not enough, I just didn't want anything bringing down his day." Jeremiah was a topic of conversation for a solid 20 minutes on our car ride back to Chicago and if you could please relay the message to Jeremiah it would make a young boy named Luke very happy. Jeremiah-we were the family that came in while you were putting the Easter jelly stickers on the cashier window

This place is starting to get worse and worse. Orders led a couple cookies here before and the cookies were undercooked. We also ordered subs to be toasted and when we picked them up the subs weren't toasted at all. Only reason we go here is because it's the closest subway around us.
