On 8/15 around 8:20 am, an Auto Frost driver, vehicle AF9, passed myself and several other vehicles heading westbound on W 109th Ave using the right turn lane at the Olcott Ave intersection where Lincoln Elementary School is. The van pulled into the clearly marked right hand only turn lane, drove through the intersection into the acceleration lane on the other side of the intersection where the driver cut off one of the vehicles, forcing the other driver to slam on their brakes and screech their tires. If they're willing to needlessly risk peoples lives to make a buck, why would anyone support them?
