When I walked in to order coffee for me and my fiancés family there was a cashier at the desk, she did not say anything to me or my fiancés that she was busy and would be with us in a moment. So I said "hi could I get" then that's when she told me she was in the middle of something then I apologized and stepped back to wait. Then I heard her say to the other worker "you can take her order, that was rude." Rude?? You never said you were busy and I apologized for an honest mistake. The cashier that did help me was super polite. Will definitely think twice before going back. I think I will stick to dunkin or Starbucks because I have never had a rude cashier at either.

I have been here many times, and I find the coffee, food, and service exceptional. Mostly young people working hard and always cheerful. The chairs are comfortable, and the atmosphere is laid back. Having read some comments about forced tipping, this has never happened to me. I have always gone inside, so I can't speak for the drive-thru. Inside you are given the option of tipping, either with your card or putting something in the tip cup. I had grown tired of Dunkin', and Starbucks is more expensive and less friendly, in my opinion. For now, the Highland Biggby is my go-to place for coffee.

This was my first time here. Delicious egg bites turkey havarti bagel and iced cappuccino.
1st time ever having their coffee and let’s just say I’m in love. I’m so sad I don’t live in the area. I’ve always been a starbies girl, but I don’t know anymore….might have to sell all my cups and get me a reusable Biggby cup instead ?
