This restaurant was dirty. Service was unorganized. Ordered for pickup was supposed to be ready @ 3:50. Showed up and nobody was in line. They had a person on the side filling on line orders. Asked for order and they said just a minute. 20 minutes later it was ready. In that time 10 people walked in ordered at the counter, paid and left. Serving area was a mess, food scraps all over. This location is a no go.

Food and service were good! Gotta send a team member to clean up the tables and trash periodically, during peak business hours. That is usually an issue when a business is under staffed, but that was not the case this evening.

The communication among workers here is HORRIBLE. I waited 15 minutes for something, asked what was going on, and then waited another 10. Go to get a refund, manager has to ring it up THREE TIMES because he doesn't ask to see my receipt, and kept ringing up the wrong size. And now my food is cold.

I am not sure what the actual serving size is for a bowl, but the workers act like we are pulling teeth asking them to make a decent size bowl. I got a veggie bowl and asked for more veggies, they gave me 2 more peppers. The same with my chicken bowl. I asked for more beans and they gave me a couple more. We are paying for a full size bowl and the employees act as if it is coming out of their paycheck. I don't like to feel guilty for asking for a decent amount of the food I am paying for. I love Chipotle, unfortunately every time I come this is my experience.
We all know Chipotle is awesome really nothing much to say. This location is always great. The quality is top notch. I have had not so good experiences in other spots but this one is always perfect.

Good place for a quick bite but dirty as could be. Lots of standing around with no one really taking the lead.The kids working here must not like touching icky things like overflowing garbage cans or a filthy restroom.Come for the food but don’t eat in. Trust me, it’s far from a pleasant experience.
