Last night (Saturday, September 30th) the worker at the drive-thru was so rude. My father's bill was $10.05, he gave the girl $20.05. She proceeded to give him $9.90. He told her hold on you owe me $10. I have you $20.05. He then had to ask her for a holder for his purchase and she slammed his two cups down and jammed the cups in the holder. Will go back to Munster location as those kids are a lot nicer.

They would not honor coupon cuz there wasn't a five digit code. I gave them the five digit code. They still wouldn't honor coupon. Do not go to this dairy Queen. Didn't even try and get the coupon to work. Just shoved us out. The door said go to the other one. Is that how you make money?

Last night I was there about 9:39pm and I was waiting in line for about 25 minutes and then when was my turn they told me they’re open was close why didn’t tell me before that so I was waiting for nothing seriously
