I have ordered food from this place for several years. Overall the food is good and the service is as well. I ordered food for take out today and asked for no mushrooms as I previously have done. When I arrived home there were mushrooms in my food. This happened in the past and I called to express the issue and my food was prepared without mushrooms. Today when I called about the same issue I was told the manager would give me a call back. I received a text message from an unknown number, apparently the manager saying the item that I ordered comes with mushrooms and that’s how they make it and it can’t be served another way. Sorry for the inconvenience. I thought it was rude and lacked customer service to text a customer back regarding an issue that was expressed with their order. It could have been handled differently with a phone call back expressing the same issue and shared the persons taking the order was not aware and make changes moving forward. I then also found out after they sent the message my number was blocked from responding. Though I never intended to respond back in a text I thought it was rude, insensitive and lacked accountability. I won’t return again due to this incident and disregard to the lack of recovery to the customer.Dietary restrictions: Mushroom allergy

The food is always so good. The service was great, reasonably priced. And the kids love going so that's a plus.Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses. But it's not usually overly crowded.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids section on the menu that includes a variety of items such as tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, chicken strips and fries or rice and beans.

Simply put, this is the best Mexican place in the area. No other restaurant can compare, and believe me, I've been to all of them multiple times .That burrito is not as much as a restaurant, but A place for a pilgrim to go and recharge themselves in the testament of excellent Mexican foodI've had the entire menu twice over and with one small exception it's all incredible. Very fresh while still scratching that itch for a nice heavy Mexican meal we all feel from time to time. Their specials are also very good, offering up menudo and posole soup on the weekends and drink specials throughout the week. Their margaritas are fantastic.Service is also very good. Even when we went, accidentally, on Cinco de Mayo, we never had to wait more than 20 minutes from the moment we sat down to when we were eating. And the staff are friendly and remember who you are. At least, they remembered us because we were going there at least once a week for a whileIt's hard to go to other Mexican places now that I know fat burrito is here. They are that good. And something I can recommend to anyone who even thought that tacos were kind of goodVegetarian options: Vegetarian options are plentiful and delicious. The rice and beans are vegetarian, and the avocado tostadas are to die for. Even as a meat eater I get those every now and thenParking: Fat burrito shares a lot with a small strip mall. First time here today. I ordered the Taco Dinner (beef) and a Steak Sope. Everything was delicious. The rice was a little overcooked, but the flavor was there. Definitely will be back. 15.99 was the price. I loved their corn flavor of the sope. Sweet and with the steak it was delicious. ?

My favorite dish is the sope dinner. My teens love the burritos. I do not recommend the horchata. It has like a chemical aftertaste. I love horchata, but that's the only thing I do not get here.
