I went in today because I needed a long box to ship a shade for repair. Tina and the others working with her were so helpful working together to find a box that would work for me. Tina even cut and taped things up just to make sure my shade fit perfectly in the box. Nice to have employees who really care about their job!

Just getting started selling on eBay I needed help figuring out the rates. The clerk was nice to explain the different type of shipping to make sure my buuyer received the item quickly and for the Least cost out of pocket. Will be back. Store was very clean too

Great UPS shipping store! I am an Amazon seller and I can drop off prepaid boxes here and get them scanned in with a receipt in just a few minutes of time. You can drop off Amazon returns here and they will tape up and label your box for you. You can ship any package here and they will tell you the best, most economical way to ship it. IF you don't have a box, they have boxes you can buy. Awesome tracking, good handling -- get your packages there before 6PM and they go out the same day. The employees are kind and helpful.

I ordered something by using amazon prime, it supposed to be delivered to me by two days, but now it has been a week and I sill haven't received my package. Ups came to my apartment once on Friday, I missed them because I was at work. They only tried once, then I have to go get it at ups pick up store. I thought ups has longer working hours on Saturday, but when I went to the store yesterday at 2:30pm, they already closed. Also closed on Sunday. The ups delivery is not designed for people who needs to work from Monday to Friday from 9-6! Only for people who can stay at home all the time and waiting for the package....

I took a framed photo of about 11x17 to the Highland UPS store thinking they could package and ship it reasonably. Was I wrong! The clerk quoted me a price of $44 for packing and delivery in "about a week." She even claimed their rates were lower than the Post Office. Fibber! No thanks. I went to the Munster IN post office, took a Medium Box off the shelf, bought some bubble wrap and the friendly clerk provided tape and scissors. Here's the kicker -- total cost is $17 and it's due to arrive in just 3 days.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been using this location for the last two years to mail my ebay items. I have never had a problem before yesterday which is why I am giving it 2 stars otherwise 1 star would be generous. Lori was the person behind the counter and I felt like she did not want my business and would prefer I left her store so here is a review for being so rude! From the minute I walked in, no smile just a monotone what can I do for you. I handed her a phone and charger and told her I already paid for shipping and handed her a label but that I was concerned that the label would not cover the actual shipping price, the label was for an item 5 ounces or less and the phone was about 1 pound, should be a simple answer right? She says to me um noo your item probably wont ever make it to where you want it to go OR it might get sent back to you and you will have to resend it. THEN she tells me I should leave and go to the Post office. So she tried twice to turn away my business in the first minute of speaking to her. THEN I said to her I just want to mail this phone can you do that for me? She says yes I can but its going to be expensive. By this time I was just pissed so I handed her my card and said just get it there. She charged me $20! To ship a small phone and charger to Florida, I looked at my receipt and she charged me for the biggest box and some "mat" I guessing goes in the box and she charged me an extra $4 for packaging DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE POST OFFICE I learned my lesson, sometimes when people are having a bad day they will take it out on others, hopefully they are not your paying customers who like to write reviews!!!
