I’ve been sitting in this lobby so long I decided to write a review about how long I’ve been sitting here. I could’ve walked to target from here, bought the ingredients and a blender and find an outlet and make my own faster than this dude could make one shake. The employees here need to be taught to stop taking orders and to prioritize getting people out of the store. Dude took like 6 orders before getting started on any orders so the lobby just started getting filled.All in all, I shouldn’t be waiting for 20 minutes for a smoothie.No excuses for this bad of service

Well I won't be coming back to this place. It seems to have potential but the customer service ruined it, don't play with my food. When you spend your money on a fruit bowl that is not cheap it should be made with love and the way you the customer want it , not by employees that act like they don't want to be there. When I came in looking forward to a fruit bowl I was taken care of by a young man with long hair who spoke so softly I could not hear him as if it was to much for him to even speak out loud. After I waited for a while for one fruit bowl again I barley can hear what he said not even a thank you or anything, just to find out he didn't put all the ingredients on it, poor customer service and poor management.

Two boys working, a white boy with long hair and beanie and a tan curly hair boy, both gave me uneven messy cut bananas. The white boy proceeded to mumble in a low tone telling me they didn’t have the coconut açaí base. Then threw my bowl on the counter. Both in a seemingly bad mood!

Red Mango offers a delightful blend of health and flavor. Their frozen yogurt is creamy and rich, with a variety of toppings to customize your treat. The modern and inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a refreshing dessert or a guilt-free indulgence. My only complaint is they don’t rotate out the flavors and the choices can be boring if you come by often.

Just tried to come here to get yogurt, the open sign and lights were on but the door was locked. There was no sign or anything saying you were closed.

This place is utterly disgusting. i went in today to buy some frozen yogurt. and to my surprise there was mold on the wall! never coming back again. I will be contacting OSHA.

I’m so upset, each time i come here i don’t get any greetings, just awkward silence and they just stand there staring waiting for me to order. they don’t even tell me have a great day or anything and just hand me my stuff and i ALWAYS tip. Please get on your workers about greetings because i as a paying TIPPING customer should not have to say the first word of the interaction. also last time I came in i was at the cash register waiting to order and lady didn’t even acknowledge me when she was RIGHT next to the register and she was on her phone resting her head on the counter, didn’t even look up at me and the cashier (that i thought was a customer) had to run to the cash register from the table where she was hanging out with her boyfriend. Please do better. mcdonald’s customer service is better.

I come here after I watch a movie at the AMC 16.Their original and pomegranate yogurts are sublime. If you're not a sit-inside person, you can chill in the ample parking at Target and unwind.

Dropped pineapple on the floor and placed it back on the counter instead of throwing it away.So disgusted and disappointed with red mango. And I usually love it there. Went there today to order a smoothie and juice. There was a Hispanic woman working the front and I think she had her two daughters in the back of the store working with her. Or maybe it was just younger Hispanic girls.The girls didn’t have there hair tied back. One was using red mangos strawberries to make chocolate covered strawberries with no gloves. The other was cutting pineapple and had no gloves on. She also DROPPED pineapple on the floor and instead of throwing it away she placed it back on the counter. That is so disgusting.Will not go back and will report to corporate.

Raised their prices on us without informing and lied to us that all the other red mangos charge 12$ almost 13$… don’t believe them go to red mango in crownpoint

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a froyo. I understand when places are busy but there were more than 4 employees working when I entered. Almost every single one of the soft serve yogurts was empty as well as multiple of the topping bins. The only one I could get was the slam dunk soft serve. Then when I went to put toppings on and realize it almost all of them were low, or goopy and hard like the pie crust one I asked a blonde girl if they were going to be refilled anytime soon would she immediately replied "No probably not we're just too busy" and keep in mind when she said that to me there was no one in line and she herself was doing nothing and could have offered to refill some of the toppings bins. In particular she could have even asked me what I specifically was looking for and helped me top my yogurt. But no. So I sat down my container with whatever was inside of it and walked out and I will not come back again.
