This place sucks !!!! The toaster ain’t working they have no straws and to top it off the place closes at 9:00 and they claimed the lobby closes at 8 yet one of the employees is there w the baby daddy and the baby

Despite spending around $30 on two sandwiches, they were both prepared incorrectly. Nay, spectacularly wrong. They only had vegetables on them. lol... When I reached out to the company the "small business owner" responded with an email days later, obviously a pre-made/template email, that suggested I bring the sandwich, **not sandwiches**, in for a refund. lol...The email included:"At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your order. Please feel free to bring back your sandwich along with your receipt. Our Company Policy allows for our Team to either recreate your sandwich or offer a refund."This is hysterical. One can only assume by "new, creative ways" she means "We will literally not give you what you paid for and make it as difficult as possible to receive compensation. If you did not store your vegetable sandwich for days after the purchase was made, thoughts and prayers." Also, don't "recreate [my] sandwich;" give me what I paid for.This subway is struggling.And the "receipt"? I literally complained via the app on which the order was made. The receipt is on your computer. It's 2023. I doubt people are bringing in four day old vegetable sandwiches on 12 inch, toasted, multigrain bread, that were made at home and asking for refunds.What this sounds like, is that you want to create as many arbitrary hurdles as possible before you take responsibility for the actions of your store.Do so much better.

Store is disgusting and so are the employees that work there, they have employees who steal out of the store every night and a manager that knows but won't do anything to stop this. They are always out of food (chips, meats, veggies) and they have a girl working there with holes in her pants, long hair going into the food with no hair net or hat, and wearing a purse while on the clock making people's food. This place is absolutely disgusting and ant infested DO NOT EAT HERE!!

By FAR the absolute best Subway I have ever been to, and we eat a lot of Subway. Super clean, excellent quality food and staff was beyond friendly and pleasant. Hidden gem of a Subway!

For a subway place it’s okay. Not always fresh. I’ve had a handful of times that the bread on my subs from here you can tell is not fresh. Sometimes they skimp on toppings. It’s eh but works if you need a quick sub.

Is Subway a Subway? I don't think so...This one is clean and the teamwork among the staff to get our FIVE subs made efficiently is kind of amazing. My fave Subway. They do have a lot for parking.

I am truly a fan of subways. I have been fortunate enough to find restaurants where they are very pleasant and they're clean. However I am a little taken back lately every time I try to use a coupon it does not work. This is very disappointing seeing that it's one of my favorite food places no matter where I go. I think Subway need to reconsider their digital coupons system. It is not functioning well. I don't know if others have had the same experience or not but for me this is totally a thumbs-down for one of my favorite places:-(
