Went to grab lunch for my mother and I after church. At first seemed kinda dreary, but the gentleman making my sandwiches was very kind. We exchanged nice conversations back and forth and saw him and his coworker kidding around together (I personally love seeing that so long as they can still work and don't overstep, nothing wrong with having fun at work.) While getting rung up, he realized he forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, and apologized profusely and the other coworker even offered to warm some bacon up and put it in a separate bag so I could put it on my sandwich when I got home. I told them, hey no big deal it happens, and not to worry bout it. They were very appreciative and kind and even gave me a discount for their mistake. The workers were really kind and the food, of course, still good :) always enjoy going to a place especially with such a friendly atmosphere ?

I started going to this subway because it was more convenient because it was closer to the highway. But after numerous times coming here, the sandwiches are rarely made properly for me and if I ask for any kind of directions, they’re usually not followed. I always hoped tipping that but help people notice, but I digress. Would strongly suggest just avoiding this one and going to one of the other locations even if it is convenient.

So unprofessional and rude!! Back in the day people didn't allowed to work with earbuds and NOW ppl are having a whole conversation while dealing with a order. SMH!!! And then they get a attitude ?..... My total was 11.01 I gave the young lady a $20 I told her i have a penny she told me i already hit the bottom. So i gave the penny she said "u didn't hear what i said". She really had a bad attitude. So she gave me $8.99 SHM!!

Don’t order a steak sandwich not toasted or you get served and ice cold steak sandwich. The concept of heating the meat but not the bread is lost apparently. My fault for not watching them as they made my sandwich because I was looking at my subway rewards I wanted to apply. I sat down took a bite and found ice in the steak, that’s how cold it was, it hadn’t fully thawed even. Who does that? I asked them to microwave it, at least then the meat would be warm even if my veggies would now be as well. It maybe was nuked for 10 seconds tops, they took it to the back so I couldn’t see, but it was still cold when I got it back and they then had a line. I ended up throwing the steak away, what a waste. How disappointing. Here I was looking forward to my nice warm steak sandwich

I came in to purchase some food and asked a question about the online order that I had the day before. So they had a bad attitude. The ladies that work there. It was a gentleman that worked there. He's light skinned with an afro puff. I must say that this young man was wonderful. He came in from the back and said ma'am have you been helped? I said naw. Thank he said hi welcome to subway,how may I help you with the cutest little smile. This place needs to hire more boys and men. The women that works here are awful in the morning in the afternoon and at night. I didn't catch the young man name. I wish I did. But he was very polite. Thank you
