Waitress refused to issue separate checks or to tell us what each couple owed. Tip added to bill automatically. I will NEVER recommend or return

First time dining in. Was very excited but the atmosphere & the food did not cut it. I mean it’s a nice spot for Indiana but coming from Chicago to try out i will never be back and the manger didn’t care too much at all.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My husband and I went there with friends. 6 of us. The server took everyone's order except my husband's and ran off before we could catch him. Didn't see him again until our food came out. He got to order, late. This happened on 3 separate occasions. I talked him onto going after it happened the 2nd time and none of us were happy. My friend and I took him for dinner on his birthday, he and i order filet minon medium rare. They came to the table and they looked like they were boiled in water. They were gray in color-No nice crust on it, and cooked through.. The third time? Oh boy. Then, we went by ourselves. I really wanted to give this place a chance. We were sat at a booth, our waters and bread came. Then we waited. And waited and waited. 50 minutes go by. I used to work at an upscale restaurant, and I know how things get busy. However, a wait staff person kept going to the booth behind us, we made eye contact. I figured maybe our table wasn't his. Then tried to get his attention to no avail. We walked out. We are not cranky or mean people. We really are pretty pleasant, so I know it wasn't attitude on our part. I didn't even want to complain, but felt I had to. I'm sure it was just a series of mistakes, but no thanks. Not after being served gray expensive steaks.

We chose Theo’s to celebrate our Anniversary, and we were not disappointed. Our waiter was Arthur, and he was very knowledgeable about the menu, food preparation, and delightfully accommodating and personable. My medium rare filet mignon was cooked to perfection, and the baked potato, broccoli and carrots, and burgundy mushrooms were excellent accompaniments. My husband, who loves salmon but hesitates to order it out, was very happy with his choice of the Faroe Island salmon. After questioning Arthur about the method of preparation, my husband chose to have it grilled, which was a very good choice. You certainly won’t leave Theo’s hungry. We took a lot of food home. Overall, a positive two thumbs up experience!Parking: Theo’s has parking in the front, along the side, and it back of the restaurant. You’d have to call to find out if they have valet parking or available parking nearby.

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Wish I could give it more stars!!I'm driving 500+ miles today with my family, on a trip that has already been over 600 miles. So happy we landed here at Theo's!I forgot to take pictures of most of my food but every single thing we ate was amazing. Plus during lunch time we could still order off the dinner menu which not all restaurants do.Out the gate, the bread was amazing and I could just live off it.For appetizers we got shrimp cocktail and Saganaki. Again both amazing and totally worth it.I had the center cut fillet with mashed potatoes and lobster bisque. My fiance had the rack of lamb with mashed potatoes, french onion soup and a salad. And my daughter had the lobster ravioli, clam chowder and salad.Every single bite was fantastic.I wouldn't change a thing. The wait staff was also super personable, checked in with us consistently, and overall great service.I asked them to give us a Theos in Kansas City because I'd be eating it every day!Parking: Plenty of space to park.Kid-friendliness: My picky teenager loved everything she ate. That hasn't happened all week during our trip.
