It's Wendy's. I like it. I will keep going back. But, for some reason, this Wendy's can't ever get my order right. I always order Jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, and I end up with a chicken sandwich. 1 time I ended up with a double stack. I get this for my son, so most of the time, I deal with it. But when the kid is a little picky, it would be nice to have the order right. Just double-check your order before you leave.

Went to get a burger and salad. I ordered the Bacon actors. Not a good burger. Just average. I also ordered a grilled chicken cobb salad. I asked for blue cheese crumbles three times and ended up with croutons. No more Wendy's for me.

This is the closest Wendy’s to my house and I used to go all the time but in recent years I’ve avoided it. It seems it gets worse and worse every time I try to give it a shot. The employees are so extremely rude. Every time I’m at the window and say “thank you,” they never even respond or even look at me. They don’t give me a receipt and then just proceed to stand and stare at me. They constantly get simple orders wrong and the managers seem like they are completely clueless. I just got off my 8 hour shift at my job and I’m tired too, but you don’t me see me losing my manners all because I wanna go home. Like get over it or don’t work.

Regular Wendy's interior. Service was not up to par. We put in our order and they asked for my name which they got wrong. We said dine in but our order was in a bag. And they forgot to place half the order in the bag so had to wait for that.

I usually don't have any issues at this location but today was not a good one... I work with a young adult with Special Needs and we tried going through the drive thru and needed to place two orders. They informed us that they could only do one at a time. So we said that we were going to come in. I park, unlatch all the latches and harnesses for my client, put the ramp down on her van, and she gets out in her wheelchair. We both go up to the door and tried to open the door to Wendy's and it was locked at 7:44pm (and it was raining at this time). I saw someone inside and they said they were closed. My client then calls to tell them about the issue. They took our orders over the phone and we just needed to go back through the drive thru. They were very nice and gave us great service and food, after all the chaos. I don't know why this happened but I feel that it shouldn't happen. We have to do separate orders; she pays for her own and I pay for my own and my work reimburses me for my food. We went there last week and did not have this issue. I don't know what else to say or suggest but this just didn't feel right tonight.

Found a screw in my burger tonight that I bit into. Called the manager and would keep hanging up after complaining about the issue. Tried to get contact information for upper management but said he wasn’t allowed to provide that information.

Just went through drive thru and had an experience people usually don't have anymore. Nothing crazy happened, it was just a simple hello with a smile and just being personable! These days, that alone goes a long way! Can't tell you the last time I went through drive thru and felt as special as Karrington made me feel at the first drive thru window! The guy at the second window was very nice and professional as well! Did I mention that the manager Antonio was pretty awesome also! Great experience and I shall return! A+++++++++++++++
