I drove all the way here because the Burger King in Crown point is closed and they are closed as well but it does not say that online. There was only one employee in there and she said she cannot open without another employee. Do not waste your time by trying to get breakfast from this location.

Disgusting practices. Workers don't change gloves, and I witnessed the young white male cashier (wish I got his darn name) come out of the bathroom by the registers after I finished eating without washing his hands (he tried to dash behind me thinking I won't see him, realizing I was his customer), then going right back to work. This happened on 03/18 at around 5 pm. It's a Burger King in a Walmart, so what did you expect? It's as ghetto as it gets. Either way, this type of behavior and service shouldn't be happening anywhere.

Every time I go there you have to wait in the drive-through for 30 to 40 minutes I understand the new generation doesn't want to work but whoever owns that storm is to get it filled with employees

Been here a couple times. Found out they got a new manager a couple weeks ago and the place has really started to turn around! Service was quick and the employees were nice. The food was alot better than it used to be too. And surprisingly clean for how many customers they had

This place should be closed down. Employee was calling for the manager to come help and the manager just ignored him while he was in the back on his phone. You have one employee and a line of people. Fries were cold mozzarella sauce was served in a cup. The place was very unsanitary. Close this place down and put a McDonald's instead,

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This has to be one of the worst BK's around. They're located inside Walmart. They close early and when you do go there early enough, they're not serving what you want. Twice already in a two week period told no chicken sandwich. No impossible whopper as well. If that's the case, they need to put up signs that they don't have these items and save somebody a 20 minute wait in line.

The manager at this Burger King is literally unbelievably rude. I work for a nursing home and we take residents to this Walmart once a month. Which we’re just getting back to doing thanks to Covid. We come with no more than 4 residents at a time. We come in today, and she sees us. Mind you it was just me and my coworker ordering for them today, and she starts talking smack to her coworkers in the back about how we always take too long and take up too much space. The place was empty when we arrived. We ordered 2 whoppers and 3 orders of chicken nuggets. These are people. Who should be able to order whenever where ever they want to. No matter if they’re in wheelchairs or walkers. I sincerely hope that one day she gets treated with as much disdain and prejudice as she shows to the residents of our facility.
They need two windows maybe the line may move faster. BK is a good Restaurant. I like it better than McDonald's.

Been coming here every time I stop by Walmart in Merrillville. Best Bk in nwi that I've found so far. The female manager (I believe) has been here for years and runs a great store.
