Sadly this is probably the best Jimmy John's in the area, but you have to be careful with what you order. They don't listen and they don't care. You'll order what you want, they give you what they want, and sometimes it matches up, half the time it doesn't. The funny thing is, I've noticed the managers are the worst offenders.

Horrible and rude customer service. Don't even bother placing a delivery order, you'll wait 35 minutes before you finally call and they tell you they don't have a DRIVER. The lady on the phone told me my order was just sitting on the shelf..

After all the hype and commercials on Jimmy John's, I thought it would at least be satisfactory. My grands suggested going to get a sandwich before the movie. I must honestly say this was the worst money I've spent in a long time. The presentation was lackluster. The taste was non-existent. All I can say is my sandwich was not dry, and the shredded lettuce was fresh. However, for $15.60, for a #1 and #15 sandwiches, I did expect them to have a taste. Well, I can't say that I plan to go back. I definitely don't recommend this place either. One word summarization: ? disappointed.
