Worst kfc this location needs to fire whoever is in charge of running and hiring at this location, the food is awful it’s ridiculous you have to wait a hour just to be served never again will I return to this location this place needs to close down

Had to go all the way to Hobart for KFC cause the Portage, Indiana didn't have no chicken and so I drove to Hobart, Indiana and was able to get chicken but got it home and it was burnt. Called to complain and was told to the gm tomorrow. Wth this was dinner tonight.

This has got to be the worst KFC on the planet.. Their staff seems unpleasant unprofessional and lazy.. They never have what’s on the menu always it of stuff.. it’s a waste of a drive, time, and calories going there. Even the food they do have is lukewarm and mediocre

Room for improvement.Inconsistently in costumer service.I would alternate between drive through and the counter.Drive through customers tend to get more prompt service then walk in customers. ( At the counter; I have had anywhere from prompt service, to long awaits, and even no service.A recent visit I had observed an employee eating at the counter in full view of customers. )Online ordering yields better results.

If you’re looking for a meal with the side of an attitude, you found your place! The rudest Cashier on Friday, 5 March. They didn’t have a bunch of stuff on the menu. No ice for the Soda machine. The food was well done, and the french fries were pieces of Leftover fry crumbs. There are other places I’d recommend!

Honestly, this is probably the "worst" KFC in NWI. Everytime I go, the service is awful, the chicken overcooked, they're out of items so you will have to wait 20min + and there is always an issue with their hardware, (i.e.‐ the drive through is broke, registers outta whack. I will let u know that the KFC's in Gary/Merrillville operate on a higher level than this place. I have heard managers & employees talk about how they hate their job there and plan on looking for something else. This while I wait for my food. Makes me confident that meal will be made well...? I've had employees roll their eyes at me & laugh in my face. And I've seen an employee wearing a silk hair bonnet to cover her hair as opposed to a hair net. Smh ?♀️ Folks, avoid this location like the plague. Do yourself a favor and go to the KFC on Rt. 30 & Colorado behind Speedway. Excellent, kind & quality service and the food is made PERFECT everytime!!!

To go order, the drive through is broken have to order at window. Store had workers just talking in office while I waited to place an order. Fountain soda machine was mostly out of everything , staff seemed to be confused... But order was correct. And food was delicious as usual .....

Not that great of service and I'm pretty sure their drive thru intercom either works and they don't want to use it or the owner is a cheapskate and doesn't want to fix it.
I went for chicken for dinner they were telling everyone it was 1 1/2 hr for chicken to be ready it was prime

Where do I begin….. I have been to two locations today both locations the drive thru speaker don’t work…..then I thought I try this location wasn’t busy sat at the window for ten minutes no one takes my order or acknowledges that I’m even there……..all I hear is laughing, talking, and playing!!!!! Customer service at this location really really really sucks soooo bad!! Terrible service period

I have never been here but it was recommended to me so i tried this location. Their speaker was broken so we had to pull up to the window (which was no problem). But the guy at the window seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. They were out of mountain dew the chicken littles and didnt put ice in our drinks so they were warm. Other than that food was pretty good.
