Finally someone can make breakfast in Hobart! Over 22 years here and nothing but disappointing breakfast tries… Maple and Yolk have broken the curse! Sure, anyone can make breakfast but sometimes you just need to go have breakfast made by someone else. The remodel is bright and modern, the portions are too huge for the cost (just had a second breakfast from the leftovers) I would pay the same amount for less food and be happy! Great spot, very cozy. Service was good, it was pretty busy, but we never went without. The entire place looks new, I'm not sure what was there before. Food came out hot, and on time. Definitely a place to try!

Nice local spot, with great breakfast and other options. I had a French toast and it had great flavor. Exceptional friendly staff and service, and atmosphere is kid friendly. Server helped keep our 3 boys entertained, and made sure our drinks were always full. Price was fair for a family of 5. Definitely a five star recommendation from our family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
