Nepotism runs this store entirely. I tried to leave professionally but all they do is simply drain the life out of workers. They act like if you wear the wrong socks it’ll somehow affect the customers food and experience. I will not name anyone in particular, but as a job I would NOT recommend this store. Certain managers cannot keep a leveled head and since nepotism is rampant said managers will not even get a slap on the wrist for their ghetto, unprofessional, and truly messy personalities. They demote people without telling them, and I cannot fathom the lack of respect it takes to do that as a higher up. They are frankly scary and can hide behind their family members. There is a mcdonald’s right down the road that I would recommend for work.

Not sure why this McDonald's gets so much hate. Been going here for 5 years and don't recall having many issues, certainly no worse than the average suburban McDonald's. This place does pretty well considering the area it's in.

On the evening of Friday, December 22, 2023, I ordered two large drinks, "with no ice", through the McDonald's App, however, when the drinks were brought to me, I noticed the cups appeared smaller than the usual Large with no ice, which is what I totally paid for through the McDonald's App pertaining to the Two Paid Large's. I asked the Employee who brought my Food to the Number they told me to pull into, what size was my Drink, while showing him my cup of drink with no ice. The Employee stated the cup was a Medium, and they give a Medium cup, instead of a Large, when there's a Drink that requests "no ice", (although I clearly paid for two Large's with no ice through the McDonald's App's Digital Receipt, and Hardcopy Receipt also taped to my bag)... I don't know if this is this Particular Location's Policy or what, because earlier on the date noted, I have never experienced such a flabbergasting pick-up before, regarding, paying for more, but receiving less than paid for, because of "no ice." Through the McDonald's App, the App doesn't re-adjust a Paid for Large charge, but yet, I actually received two Mediums with no ice, and was told they couldn't give the two Large Drinks, because the Receipt read, "no ice." Once again, the Employee stated it was their Policy to give two Medium Drinks with no ice, and because of the requested no ice, I'm therefore, supposed to receive a Medium, "although" I totally paid for two Large's with no ice. Would like to know, "is this your Policy", if there's a courtesy Response.
