I placed my order for 2 burritos w red chips n nacho cheese and 2 chalupas with nacho cheese and no lettuce n tomatos...they gave me burritos w no red chips or nacho cheese and only 1 chalupa with tomato n lettuce w no nacho cheese...so i called n they told me ta come back up there. Brought my recipt w an when they remade my order the same exact way, even with only one chalupa n that chalupa was a supreme w no nacho cheese...so i said something to the cashier and she said 'im gonna let u keep both orders and bring u 2 cups or nacho cheese and said thats all she could do without charging me'...i told her she got both orders wrong and she said take it up with corporate(whatever that means)..couldnt get a refund, couldnt get the order i paid for, and will never go back to this taco bell(on 61st in hobart right off I-65)...I love taco bell n have never had an experience like this before. I dont know why they are letting people who are not properly trained to work on food at this place but seems like a management issue / or lack of proper management that needs to be addressed. Sorry about the bad news

If you want your orders to be consistently incorrect, this is the location to go to. Long wait time. Always incorrect orders. Rude and unprofessional staff. Would give zero stars if I could. 3 visits in a year and all 3 visits had either the wrong order, missing half the order, or improper treatment of the order. Paid extra for items, none were in the bag or on the food. Ordered potato tacos, tacos weren't wrapped properly, so the bottom of the bag was soaked with sauce and potatoes. Ask for no tomatoes, taco were FULL of tomatoes. Ask for sr. cream on 4 simple items...NONE of them had sr. cream on them after they charge you extra for sr. cream. Very disappointing. Avoid this location.

I was there at 850 pm in the drive thru waited 8 mins for someone to take My order. Than I drove up to the window asked them if I could place My order the man at the window told me to pull around so he could me the car behind me their order .Very poor service

Guess the owners don't want to make money because the workers hid in the back with 4 cars in the drive thru until we all left prior to 11pm. Won't EVER attempt to spend my money here again@

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. They should fire their staff and start over. Never had a good experience here food is always disgusting. It seems like it's purposely disgusting as well. Feel as tho I've been robbed for my hard earned money. Never again.
