This place is absolutely incredible! It's like discovering a hidden gem in the midst of the ordinary. Stepping into the restaurant transports you to a whole new world. The owners are incredibly dedicated and always going above and beyond, constantly juggling multiple roles due to a shortage of staff. Keep in mind that this is a scratch kitchen, so if your meal takes a bit longer, it's because they're playing the roles of chef, waiter, and bartender all at once. Last night, we were there and unfortunately witnessed a terrible customer treating them with disrespect, but the chef remained remarkably composed, although it was heartbreaking to see.

Small menu bringing big flavor. Tried this place on a whim and plan on coming back. Food was flavorful and fairly priced. Drinks were on par with some more upscale restaurants I've been to. The owner came out and introduced herself, and it is clear she is passionate about her business. I highly recommend.

Hidden Gem in Hobart. Love that it is adult only. I've been several times and I've tried multiple dishes and everything has been fantastic. On occasion they'll have live music. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Environment is upbeat and the staff is attentive. If you'd like a romantic date night bring them here.

I look forward to Thursdays because that's the day that The Carribean opens every week. Everything that I have tried here is delicious and my favorite is the yucca fries. The staff is wonderful and always kind and I highly recommend this restaurant.
