I had a Five star review about 6 months ago, but today I had the worst customer service going through the drive thru from the young man taking my order. Rude, disrespectful and would not let me order without interrupting me over and over
*update: we did return on 1/25 around 4pm EST, ordering shakes and fries. The window attendant was very kind and pleasant and our items were well made and presented. This experience was in stark contrast to the last; thank you!I normally don't leave poor reviews. This visit was pretty below par. I ordered a wrap to go. Picked up 2 sandwiches and fries and drove 5 minutes to my house. When you pay close to $8.00 for sandwiches, you expect them to be hot, not so, they were cold, very disappointed, will try again, hopefully this was a one-time thing.
