Stopped here for bubble tea after a soccer game. If you follow me you know bubble tea is my thing! Overall, this was ok. The options for flavors were plentiful as were the options for types of boba. We ordered 3 teas and by the time we walked to our car none had any ice left in them. Unfortunately the tea not being super cold made it less enjoyable. The flavors we tried were nice, but the lack of ice also meant the ratio of tea to boba seemed off.

My son and I had Boba Tea for the first time today. It was delicious. I had Green Apple with Peach pearls any son had Strawberry with Green Apple Pearls. Ms Ann was extremely nice and informative. I will definitely be back very soon.

I went here on my way home & I am so happy that I stopped in. The ladies that work at Ann's Boba tea were professional, welcoming. They were knowledgeable about all of their products and offered non dairy & sugar free options. I ordered the peach tea with green apple boba juice pearls & it was the most refreshing & flavorful boba tea I have ever had. They are located in the food court & the ambiance is clean & family friendly. I will definitely go back

Amazing experience. I went to Ann’s during lunch with a couple work friends and it was amazing. We all had the same opinion that the customer service was amazing and the tea is so flavorful and amazing. I got mango tea and kiwi bubbles and it is the perfect level of sweetness along with amazing flavors. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

I had a very great experience ordering from Ann's. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, and I was very happy to see there were sugar free tea options, the Sugar Free Raspberry tea with blueberry boba was a great combo. Would highly recommend you stop in for a visit.

It's all the way at the back of anyone gets lost. It's an opportunity to see the other shops. The one who served was very welcoming and over all great service!! The boba was so good, (thai milk tea) can't wait to visit again.
