Positive change is electric!! Have been going to this location for breakfast over the past year off and on. Today there was a whole new positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door. There was energy, smiles, we were acknowledged and greeted immediately, within a few moments we were seated. The staff was friendly, smiling, happy and super attentive, the food came to the table quickly and was delish. The service continued to be attentive following up on our experience, satisfaction with food and making sure drinks were refilled. Seriously must say the changes I saw today make this my new fave breakfast spot!! Well done Jackson (our server with a warm welcome smile) and Seth for the amazing hospitality and engaged Leadership that was sadly lacking before. Highly Recommend!!!

Omg what can I say I got up on my birthday March 25th with my friends and we went to try this place. It was our first time very impressed wonderful food excellent customer service by our waitress Rihanna who has only been working for a couple weeks. We will definitely be back my friend loved the Shrimp and grits and the Bourbon Street pancakes. My meal was the Everything Omelette ( Lol ) Can’t forget those Mimosas and oh goodness if it’s your first time you will receive a plate of complimentary beignet’s with a mandarin orange dipping sauce. My other friend got the omelette as well with potatoes. It’s safe to say our Broken Egg experience was wonderful.

My wife and I were quoted 20-40 min wait. After 1 hour, we finally got a table. I know it's not the restaurants fault for slow customers. But given the rest of the experience, it just made the extra wait insult to injury. We were sat by the hostess and approached two minutes later by the waitress asking us for our drink and food order. We literally had just picked up the menus, so we didn't know. So we went ahead and placed our drink order.After the waitress set our drinks down, we gave our food and appetizer order. The beignets came out and were a bit on the doughy side. Before we even finished with them, the bus boy came up and took our plates. At this time, my wife and I felt flustered as we knew they were rushing us. Our waitress brought our food out several minutes later, but they didn't have my sides ready. Why bring out half my meal then?My wife asked for some syrup and a refill. When the waitress brought the syrup, she also sat down the rest of my food, along with the bill.From the time we sat down until the bill hit our table was 24 minutes. There were people that had sat down before us that weren't even being rushed like this. If I wanted to be rushed, I would have gotten fast food. Don't recommend and I won't be returning.

I accidentally came in here right before they closed (I didn’t think to look at the door, and just saw there were people seated inside). They still seated me and took my drinks. Once I realized they were closing I felt so bad! Rihanna, our waitress, was so sweet. We tried to leave before ordering food, and she was insistent it was fine.So, we ordered the crab Benedict and the Sonoma sandwich. Again, tried to order it to go and she made sure to let us know there was no rush for us. We still ate quickly, which was easy to do cuz the food was SO GOOD. We just came from New Orleans and I’d say the crab cake Benedict compared to some legit southern food.I just really want to shout out the service staff of this place. From the bartender who made our drinks, the cooks in the back, and Rihanna it was a really good experience. There were still a couple customers lingering when we left, but I still feel so bad that I gave them extra work at the end of their shift.We weren’t in there for long, but it was an overall positive experience. If you’re looking for friendly staff, great drinks, and some legit delicious food you should come here!
First time here. Hubby had Deep South Biscuit Sandwich which was incredible! I had cinnamon roll french toast with eggs and bacon. The bacon was excellent. It was baked and crispy, not greasy at all. The eggs were cooked to perfection. The cinnamon roll French toast was just OK. It was a little dry/overcooked but still had a good flavor. we will definitely be coming back in our server was excellent!

Service was nice. But the foods had no favor, nursing home food level. I don't recommend flavorless meals. I ordered a egg over a hamburger with bacon. It didn't meet my expectations.
