Absolute joke of a restaurant. Called and they said no wait. Got a table and didn’t receive a server at all. Hit the call button and it flashed red. 6 servers walked by and nobody said anything. Pathetic in every one. Seriously should shut it down.

Walked in hostess told us to wait she had to clean a table she never reappeared. Someone else sat us at a table very obviously not wiped down.The server was excellent and friendly.How ever the clientele was a nightmare. I dont know what was happening but there were kids running around, screaming, and just being generally bad. Non of the parents seemed to care. I felt terrible for the server.Food was standard. But the atmosphere experience was so bad, ill never go back.

I usually go here with my coworkers after work. So Friday April 5th we went when we got off about 11pm. I paid with a card and left a tip... At 1am I got a notification on my phone saying applebees took $10 more then I originally paid. Went to the store the next morning(4/6/) and the manger on shift looked it up and said they took $10 more for a tip and I'd be refunded in about 10 days. Here it is 4/19/24 and still nothing. I'm pissed with poor management and the money they stole. Fix this store because I love the spinach dip!!

It's a flash back to when we didn't know better! Great if you like deep fried butter slatheted ultra high calorie overpriced, fast food. Oh, and you gotta love the three refills on that now known as nearly poisonous, sugary, sweet no worse than sugar, highly processed, concentrated intentionally by the manufacturer products fountain drinks, free, I asked for Perrier with lime they had none. I asked him to recommend a side idea she said green beans they were flat like green cardboard anyway overall that experience I'm sure I'll try again someday but not for a while not to mention just working from the parking lot is like taking your life and the death of all the Eastside shootings I can't imaginethem being around much longer but I got to get credit or credit is due can't be at theirribs

I went here last night. The waitress I had was very rude, he messed up my whole order. Every time i would try to ask for something he would just say ok and never get it. He messed my order 2 times and then came back and said your order is put in but that was the appetizer. He was not listening he was just rushing. Definitely bad customer service!
There was a dog in the booth eating off the plates. How are pets allowed in restaurants and there are people that have allergies such as myself. And when the customers left they barely cleaned the table let along seat and placed someone right in that very same booth. Will not patronize this establishment again, it’s unsanitary in my opinion and do not recommend anyone with allergies to visit here!
