Horrible customer service. Ordered a kids meal as well as adult meals. The guy put everything in one bag, no kids meal bag, no kids meal toy, when we asked he got angry and slammed the window shut. My son has special needs and didn't understand what was going on causing him a huge mental meltdown , self harm and sadness, yes he's in ABA but this was unlike any meltdown we've experienced in his life! It's NOT DUE TO BAD PARENTING OR A SPOILED KID! The guys attitude scared my son causing stress! If you purchase a kids meal give THE KIDS THE ITEMS THEY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TOO and that we paid for! The point is, in this economy to take your kid out to dine is reward/treat!!!! Educate yourselves about everyone but definitely special needs children! Also 10mins to take our order and another 15 to get the food and the premium nugs were rock hard!

The staff did a great job when we came in. The computers were giving them troubles, but they handled everything great. Well done.

I would avoid this Arby's. If you want a roast beef sandwich. It comes out overcooked and then just a pile of shredded meat that will not stay on your bun. Would have just been better off eating it with a fork then as a sandwich.

I got a roast beef sandwich to go. The roast beef looked like it was the crumbs that dropped off the slicer.

We came here for the 4 for $10 special and ordered them with lettuce and tomato. They were perfectly prepared and the associate was extremely friendly. The manager also was attentive to our needs. We both ordered milk shakes and they were just right. This is one we will definitely be back too.

Service was terrible. The guy at the register was annoyed from the start because I interrupted him flirting with a co worker. Ordered 3 chicken sliders and got home to two roast beef and a buffalo chicken sandwich...

Beef and cheddar...wrong bun and 3 peices of flat meat with sauce everywhere, and not even busy. For the price we pay for food nowadays, these places need to be called out. I'd like to open this sandwich and throw it at whoever made it, cause you know they wouldn't have made their free meal this way! Arbys on Southport rd.

Go somewhere else. The first sandwich was ok but the 2nd one , it was so full of grease that it saturated both pieces of bread.I was going to complain, but I was in hurry. All these Arby's stores will closed in the next 10 years and will be a thing of the past. Good riddance too.Terrible, just terrible food.
