I visited Arby’s before but this location store number #6492 10877 East Washington Street was very clean inside and out. I went in the store to get myself daughter and grandson’s lunch. I spent $33.13.Which was not bad for this economy. My cashier was a young man named Mr.Bobby and his manager Mr.Curtis I always say Mr. or Mrs there was a Female on the fries I didn’t get her name but she was just as friendly.The food was fresh and hot.The shake machine actually WORKED! I wasn’t dealing with attitudes nor paying for expensive cold food and watered down drinks.Not like other locations.I definitely would recommend this location.Thank you Arby’s this team right here you chose correct ??We even rang the bell.?

Luckily I wasn't hungry tonight when my husband and I made a quick stop to eat tonight. I just grabbed mott.sticks and he ordered a chicken sandwich meal. And when I tell u about 2 hours later I felt totally helpless as he was getting sick over this food!?! I have never been inside this place to see if it is clean or not but DO NOT EAT HERE! either chicken was not done or cleanliness I'm not positive but I KNOW FOR A FACT IT WAS FROM THIS RESTAURANT! I will be calling tomorrow for a refund at the least

Had to wait over 20 minutes in line and got 3 shakes and when we got up the window to get them, they were melted and disgusted.

I thought all Arby's had happy hour. After taking my receipt back to the counter I was informed they don't do happy hour so guess what bye bye I'll never go to there again and I'll tell all my friends don't go there for happy hour they don't have it.

Fast service. If you are in the drive thru and get ask to pull in a parking spot with a cone beware. It’s a chore to back out of with a line of traffic behind you.
The food was great but the staff were very slow. The one guy making the sandwiches was making them fast, but it took forever for the other guys a while to put them into bags and give them to the people waiting.
