Best authentic Chinese restaurant in Indiana! Amazing food at reasonable price you won't get disappointed on any dishes

The location is hard to find, in a supermarket, not strictly a food court, the price of the food is acceptable, the taste is not pure Chinese food, but modified using local tastes. The only thing I didn't like was that the steamed buns were cold, like they came out of the fridge and I needed to heat them up to eat them.

The closest thing I know to true Asian street food in Indy. Bao Si (Rice flour steamed buns) are a staple on route to subway and portable. These are chinese breakfast with vegatable or pork ball inside. Also popular here is the Beef Noodle soup and Lo Mien Zu Ro (Beef Fried noodles) which is also one of my favorites. Hen Hao Zhong Fan Dien. (Very good lunch restaurant). Gong Xie!!

Asian Snack is an unassuming, adventurous foodies oasis. Though I've been to Saraga dozens of times, I've always looked over this place until recently; fortunately. They offer an impressive variety of authentic Chinese dishes, ranging from beef noodle soup to sautéed pork kidneys. I've had the duck necks, chicken feet, and beef shank. Everything was great. These dishes I've had parallel the quality that I've experienced at full service, brick and mortar Chinese restaurants. The staff here is friendly, and they have plenty of seating for patrons to take a break from shopping to grab a bite. Most things are prepared ahead of time, so food prep is fast. If you'd like a quick, delicious Chinese tapa or an authentic meal to take home cold, or warm after shopping, or going to Saraga just to visit Asian Snack; you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Asian Snack.

Food was well seasoned, not overdone. Portion size was good and the quality was great. Not too spicy but not bland at all. I will visit again.
Located inside the Saraga International Mall. The delicious Chinese breakfast we ordered was reasonably priced. However, the taro/durian pastries fell short, lacking flavor and leaving a somewhat bland impression. Overall, a good spot for tasty and affordable meals.

Passed by while traveling and was pleasantly surprised about how authentic the food is. The level of quality and authenticity passes a lot of restaurants even in LA and reminds me of breakfast stands in China, the food and environment is clean and atmosphere feels homey. Will definitely come here next time I pass by

The most authentic and amazing Asian food I've food in all America. I found this place after being home sick of my Umi cooking and stumbled upon this place. Their hot and sour soup cures everything for me, it's so colorful in flavor and taste! Not to mention the cost is nothing!! The staff is super kind and friendly, if you're looking for a very authentic Asian food, she's your place!!

Easily some of the best Chinese food you can have in Indianapolis. Something that is hard to find. A friend had told me to come for a while but never made a trip to visit. Finding good quality Chinese in Indy is so hard. Coming from California, this is a nice treat. It's located inside Saraga International Market to make it easier for you to find. The seating is nothing fancy but it does the job. I got the Doible Cooked Pork and Fried Dumplings for my first time. Already planning to go back for the Garlic Ribs and Stamed Buns. As a Chinese person, I will say this is very authentic! Great food and very large portions. The cook is very friendly and love to chat with you. The service is awesome, giving the vibe of family own small restaurant. Very recommended!! Get the JianBing and Baozi!

I love to get the veggie lomein and veggie fried rice. I also really enjoy a hot and fresh beef pancake. The service is always good and you can walk around the store while you wait.
