Went there for my Birthday in right before they moved to private dining only. Totally worth it. Food was amazing. Drinks were amazing. The service was impeccable. Hopefully I can have an event where I can book this experience for my family & friends.

We were greeted by a lovely lady, we didn't get her name but she even came in a checked on us. Kendall, our server was amazing and so knowledgeable. Her recommendations and attention to detail was spot on! The food was amazing and the Fancy AF burger was just that! I would vote that the BEST BURGER in Indy by far! That cheese, oh my! Thanks to the small but wonderful people that make up that awesome experience! Music was fantastic! We will be back!

This was our second time going to 114. The first time was quite good, though it was a year ago. This last experience was just bad. The service was good as always, but the food items were all terrible. The tofu was dry and overcooked. The mushrooms were so sour. The sashimi wasn't fresh and had a super strong fishy aftertaste. And the chip and dip were just some kettle chips. Ultimately we were just super disappointed. Spent $200 and was definitely not worth it this time.

Amazing food, craft cocktails & fabulous service! We had been there several years ago & happy to see so many things changed post-pandemic. Will definitely return & look forward to checking out the new seasonal menu!

Terrible experience. They were not busy. I watched the bartender "Massaged" our square ice cube with his BARE hands. Then put a stamp on our ice cube that you could not see because it is so dark. When I told him it wasn't appetizing, the response was "the alcohol will kill the germs!" Had the burger cooked in a bag, wasn't even warm and raw on the inside. Could not carry on a conversation because it was TOO LOUD. Very disappointed, will not be back!!

Dark, Loud, Asian twist on food. Incredible. This spot feels like you are in an ultra hip NYC secret eatery. Great place is you are looking for a venue where it sets a mood and the atmosphere provides a talking point. The burger is literally the best burger I've ever eaten in my life, which was completely unexpected. (nor do I normally order a burger at finer restaurants).

Great experience. Good cocktails. I liked they played vinyl music. You definitely need reservations to get a table. Baked alaska was delicious.

We came in to celebrate my wife's birthday, and really can't imagine a better night. The staff was incredible the entire evening. The music was great. The food and drinks were perfect. Really can't say enough about about the experience. We'll absolutely be back for celebrations in the future.

We had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing. We started our evening with the "Welcome" cocktail. It was good, but not something I'd order. Then we had a couple cocktails before ordering a couple of the caviar offerings. OMG what a wonderful experience that was. We also had the Fancy AF burger. It was amazing as well. The music, staff, and overall ambiance made it a wonderful night. Just know that the music is loud and the lighting is low.

We loved the intimate space, well curated playlist, and the outstanding service. The drink menu is unique and the servers are incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose drinks that I would enjoy.

This was my first time having this experience and it was great. My friend and I agreed we would come back again. I do not remember the servers name, I think it started with a B? But she was amazing with answering all of our questions and providing a great first time experience.

This is a review of the drinks and service. We wanted to experience something different in Indianapolis. Our friends took us to the mall, a museum, a take-out Thai, but nothing that we felt made Indianapolis special, until this micro-luxe bar. It's a 16 seater and they fill you in from furthest in to the door. Our waitress did a phenomenal job for us, making sure we were taken care of. We booked our reservation last minute on a Thursday at 5pm. You go in through another restaurant and you mention to the front desk lady that you are here with reservation to bar one fourteen and she kindly guides you to the back. The room is dimly lit but not too dark. It was women's appreciation day (3/8) so they were playing some moody Nina Simone on their vinyl. Perfect volume. I could hear everything my partner was saying. We ordered only drinks since we had dinner plans, but my partner loved loved LOVED the Shoga cocktail and wouldn't stop raving about how the incense complimented the drink. The opening drink and the Chex mix snacks were a nice touch and enhanced our experience. We ordered roughly around 6 cocktails and the total was a little over $120. Not surprising and given they were specialty cocktails that most likely would have cost closer to $25-30 in LA, we were satisfied with the final cost. I would not get their drink with the curry/corn though. Will still to the other drinks. Will come again for food and other drinks.

Honestly, probably one of the worse dinning experiences I’ve ever had. This place tries to promote itself as ‘fine dining’, but it’s the furthest thing from it. Having lived in San Francisco for 14 years, I’m well aware of what quality food should be… and this definitely isn’t it!Speaking of food… it was mediocre at best. Also, the drinks were some of the nastiest I’ve had — straight toilet water.Because of the ridiculous 2hr ‘experience’ time limit and our prefix meal being a let down, my wife and I decided to get the $32 burger to go (we live just a few blocks away). Well, that was a mistake. The burger was one of the saddest we’ve had (how can you mess up a burger?!) Oddly enough, the owners of this restaurant also run Aplocolypse Burger across the street, which has tastier food for a fraction of the price. The only redeeming thing about Bar One Fourteen is its music selection and vinyl collection. Otherwise, it’s meh!If you want quality food and fantastic drinks, go to Bluebeard or Kan Kan.

I wish I got it, but I didnt. The space was super small, the music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Both of our drinks were undrinkable (one tasted like cough drops, the other some kind of floor cleaner). We spent $12 for a small bowl of broken Kettle Brand chips with an unflavored carrot puree for dipping. The only bright spot was a very nice server who was kind and attentive.
