Have loved Bazbeaux's for years. I did carry out last weekend for first time since pandemic hit. Sadly, pizza was awful. It was overdone, burnt crust, & dry. Very disappointing & considering price, I will not be returning to Broad Ripple location

I went here with a group of friends and we order a large amount of food. I have been here hundreds of times, and the food has never failed to taste amazing. It is a bit pricy, but it makes up for it in the quality of the pizza and the taste! Recommendation: I would recommend getting a salad with your pizza. It really adds to your meal and one salad can fill up a family of 4

Grabbed take away from Bazbeaux, as it had been recommended by two different persons. The Tchapitoulas pizza was unique, with a fairly authentic New Orleans flavor. Might become my new fave.

I have honestly never had a bad meal or experience! Food is always hot and delicious! Salads are fresh and the dressings are amazing! Especially the creamy basil!
Extremely poor customer service- Call in order approximately 1.5 hours late and my husband was poorly treated after complaining about the wait. There was NO acknowledgement of their error and no accommodation was made to my husband for his lengthy wait despitehabing called the order in HOURS earlier. In fact he was asked to leave. Bazbeaux's was our holiday tradition. No more! What happened is indicative of bad management and poor customer service.
