Best value for snack at the mall. Got a giant fresh, hot pretzel with cheese for about 3 bucks. Very friendly employees too. Go to the entrance for Regal cinema, then take the escalator to 2nd floor, and you're there.

Well, I had been really looking forward to this but was disappointed. I first had this pretzel at the Irish Fest in 2015. It was so good! At the time, they only had one location far away from me. I was thrilled to learn they opened shop in the Circle Center Mall but it took me ages to make it there. Finally, I ended up downtown one Friday evening. Intensely craving this pretzel, I headed over to the stand.... LOCATION Pro tip: it's on the second floor of the mall, located right over Maryland Street (it's literally a stand on the second floor walkway). A very short walk from Carson's headed to the other side of the mall. The stand is right across from Godiva Chocolate. EXPERIENCE So I get there, so excited! There were 2-3 people ahead of me and one employee. It was a bit slow but I was okay waiting. She didn't have many pretzels ready - only a couple were out on display. I ordered the Parmesan pretzel, paid my $3-something, and...she gave me a warm buttered pretzel and a small plastic container of Parmesan. Okay.... so I walked to the other side of the walkway and sat down at a table. I just poured half the container of Parmesan on. It tasted ok. Nothing spectacular - and definitely not as good as I remembered. I could have had an Auntie Pretzel chain pretzel and been fine, maybe even better. I don't know why she didn't prep the pretzel. I mean, maybe this was a favor because I could get more Parmesan? Lord knows I had a lot leftover. But I think more so she was busy and maybe not a good worker? She was quiet but did tell me to "have a blessed day" so I don't think she's bad, but maybe needs more support? Or maybe this is how they serve their pretzels now? I dunno. I guess it's good I got this out of my system after craving it over a year. I probably won't return, unless it's on a day/hour where they have their cheap specials.

These pretzels are the softest, biggest, I've had. They are lightly buttered and come original or salted. There are several dip options and seasonings you can add. Cinnamon sprinkles with vanilla and caramel icing mix is so good! On Tuesday and Thursday it's half the price. So you can get one of these gigantic pretzels for $2.50.

Excellent pretzels!! The 6 piece pretzel sticks are the best value - for only a few cents more than a jumbo pretzel you get a whole lot more food! Conveniently located in the center of Circle Center mall. A jumbo pretzel is $3.69. Would recommend, we very much enjoyed the pretzels here!

Bomb-ass pretzels. Sorry for using a bad word, but when you taste a Ben's pretzel, you will probably let the expletives fly, too. I think the company originates somewhere in Amish country in Indiana, and you know them Amish make some good food, so there you go. Your pretzel options are with salt or without, but I recommend WITHOUT salt because then you will better taste the subtle sweet-and-salty nuances of your pretzel. If you're into dipping sauces, you can get one for a dollar more. I like the honey mustard. Ben's is different from other soft pretzels in that it doesn't smell like Subway bread like all other soft-pretzel joints do. That yoga-mat-yeasty smell of Subway and other pretzel places makes my stomach turn. Ben's has NO yoga mat smell. Big plus! This place is located in the Circle Centre Mall, by the way.

Great pretzels! Much larger than Auntie Anne's and they have CHEZ ON DECK. Customer service was great. Pretzels are sweet without being too sweet. Great experience overall. Would recommend for a quick bite!

Ben's pretzels are the best!!! We tried them for the first time at the state fair and every time I come downtown we will be stopping in the mall for a pretzel!!!
