When we first walked in we were kindly greeted by one of the workers. Once it came time to order the pizza I had noticed how a cockroach was crawling across the counter with the topping description signs. I was shocked and didn’t know what to do so I told the man preparing our food about it, he saw it and didn’t react. I just wish i took a picture of it. He went back to making the pizza. Once I had made it to the cash register I saw as he and a couple other workers had moved the unit with all the toppings to try and find the cockroach. When one of the workers found it he swiped it on the ground for the other person to sweep it up. He proceeded to use the same gloves he used on the cockroach to remove my pizza from the oven, and then cut the pizza. When I asked him did he change his gloves he paused. Changed them and came back sadly he was already half way done cutting it. Judging from the workers reactions this is likely not the first time this has happened. Remember guys when theirs one theres a family of them. I also latter noticed that the pizza was left in the oven too long and was basically completely burnt on the bottom. I would also like to add that I feel the utensils used to work with the pizza while in the oven are rather low to the ground when hanged up on wall and should be moved to a higher level.

WOW! First time arriving and all I got was a good experience! For a fast food place in the fast food industry, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of this place! I arrived at this place a few days ago. And the atmosphere was top notch! Especially one of the employee’s, Brandon, who was at the pizza cooking station who I had a very friendly conversation with. The pizza was also amazing! Will come again! #love

My wife is sick with food poisoning as i write this review. We ate here for a late lunch around 230pm. We were the only people in the restaurant. No biggie as it was after lunch and before the normal populace is off of work.We ordered the exact same pizzas - create your own with bacon, Jalapeño, pineapple, and Pepperoni, except my wofe added mushrooms to hers. We ate, and everything tasted fine. Immediately drove home to West lafayette, which is an hour drive away. About 20 mins after we got home, she said her stomach felt funny.We thought it was indigestion at first, so she took some things to aid digestion. It progressed, and she was having serious pain in her abdomen. Followed shortly by diarrhea and explosive vomiting. She now has a fever and has vomited 3x. I suspect the mushrooms, something that contacted her pizza, was contaminated. I am not sick in the slightest, but we are disappointed because food poisoning is a big deal.Its a sanitation issue. And the restaurant was not very clean looking, behind the line or on the floor. We are huge blaze fans so this was a let down since we dont have any near us and haven't had blaze in 6 months. Please ensure staff are properly handling food and disposing of putdated products, as well as making sure they are stored as thet need to be to not cause people to become violently ill.

First of all, I was grateful to find a restaurant open after 9:30 pm on a Tuesday. I arrived shortly before they were closing, so there were chairs on most of the tables, but that didn't bother me. Every one of the staff that I encountered was personable, patient, and accommodating. Even though I was the last customer, and I wasn't sure what I wanted, they didn't make me feel rushed. The woman preparing my pizza gave helpful recommendations and began a light but engaging conversation that by the time I was ready to leave, all 4 of us were enjoying. When I left, I knew I'd be back.

There were only 2 employees working when our crew of 4 came in to order pizzas. Both employees were kind, friendly, and efficient. Service was incredible and the speed and accuracy with which they handled a large back up of orders was impressive. I would absolutely recommend eating here!

Blaze on Michigan ave has the best customer service hands down and up raise the roof if you must! Dine is a cool experience ! Take out when we do is another great experience and we haven’t had a chance to deliver yet because dine in seems to be the best experience when we can !
