We had a great server, and the food was good. They literally put crab on just about everything! Our experience would have been better if they wouldn't have placed six of us in a tight booth. I asked if we could sit at a table, but we were told no, despite there being a number of them empty.

Got young kids that don’t really know how to greet people they need to be better
My boyfriend and I recently dined at Bonefish Grill and were seated in the bar area. Upon being seated, we noticed an unpleasant smell, possibly from the bathroom. The service by our bartender/server, Devon, left much to be desired as well. Despite the place not being overly busy, Devon forgot our drink order when taking our food order. After flagging him down, we received our drinks. My boyfriend and I both ordered one of the Perfect Pairing meals. While most items on our plates were delicious, our steaks were incorrectly cooked. Devon's response to our concern lacked empathy, and he offered no resolution. I had to settle for eating my boyfriend’s sirloin, and he ate my filet. Surprisingly, when the bill arrived, Devon only provided a card for complimentary bang bang shrimp on our next visit. This experience has made us hesitant to return to this Bonefish Grill location due to inattentive service and a lack of concern for the quality of our meal.
