Service was really slow, food was good but the waitresses just stood around talking to some at the end of the bar it took an hour to pay and leave. We come to this location often, disappointed in tonight’s service.

Kitchen manager clearly has an issue doing her job correctly. Can’t be bothered to hand out the correct food and decided to scream at the front counter girl because “she doesn’t have time to give a side of mayonnaise” when she already forgot the entire orders fries.

I came in about 9:45pm we waited for about 15 mins for a table everyone kept walking pass us wasn’t tryna to help every table at the bar area was dirty and my wings wasn’t hot at all when we finally got a waiter (Danielle) she was nice but other then that I want be go back there and spend my money

Sat at bar. 15 minutes to get a beer. March 31 2024. Wanted to eat watch ncaa basketballAnd get wings. Took so long decided to get chips and salsa. Another 10 minutes. I had a $25 gift card. Didn’t use it I will sell it for $12.

From a bad one to a better one . My son loves bdubs i recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings then any other. I know they are all the same but the service and atmosphere was awesome here. All I have to say is Carlie saved the day !!! lol TY GUYS AND I’LL BE BACK!!!

TERRIBLE FOOD! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! burger looks like it was quickly thrown together. Decided to get a spiked lemonade tasted horrible like water down sprite , told us they were not going to remake or correct our order and we still had to pay for me. Rushed us to pay for food , seemed very judgmental I didn’t like the environment at all. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend

This is easy…1. Chicken wings skimpy2. Service is slow3. Three out of four meals came out cold4. Diet Pepsi flat5. 2 of the meals weren’t exactly what we ordered6. The restaurant has trashed everywhere on the floor, extremely noticeable.Bw3’s are great, just not this location.

Came in with a loosely organized group of about 30 friends at 9:30pm on a Thursday evening. We'd just left a meeting nearby and ended up here because Google Maps said they were open til 11:00. We weren't necessarily all together, and none of us even cared if we sat near each other. The manager told us to leave because she thought our group was too big. I understand many restaurants are understaffed, but turning down around $500 in revenue and tips certainly won't help, and I doubt whoever owns this location would appreciate the manager making this decision. At any rate, we walked across the parking lot to Portillos, which closes a half hour earlier at 10:30. They got every single one of us fed and out the door before closing time. Not sure why Buffalo Wild Wings, which used to be known as a late night hangout, couldn't do the same.

Very loud but the onion rings were delicious and screaming hot. Our waitress was awesome and tried her hardest but when we were given frozen wings, and told their heating element was out in the warmer so the food didn't stay hot we packed up and left after waiting for 30 min.

The traditional wings were obviously sitting under a hot lamp for a very long time. All the meat was dried and wilted away. I ate only 2 out of 6 because they were so bad. The dining area was very dirty with used napkins, straw wrappers and food on the floor everywhere. The bathroom was horribly disgusting! Used napkins on the floor, trash overfilled, no soap in the soap dispenser and poop or period blood and boogers smeared all over the stall i was in. I give this location a shot every so often because it's close to home, and i love saving money using the rewards but it's the exact same results every time. Everything listed above are reoccurring issues every time I've visit this location for over a year. Servers are always nice, but that's the only good thing about this place.
