Had given up on the Company years ago. Today tried the one in Indianapolis and it was amazing. Everything was packaged well. The Wings were very good. The Brisket Tacos were great.

Came to dine in and my wings were great. Hot, saucy, good flavor. Tables were all clean and well stocked. Met quickly at the door to be seated. Waiter kinda took a long time to give us the check but I get it, sometimes that happens. Had takeout of the exact same order the other day and the wings didn’t have much sauce and just didn’t seem right. Not sure if this is because of the take out portion or what but wasn’t as happy with it.

My family had a birthday dinner last night, ordered 150 wings and tipped very well despite the rude demeanor of the majority of the staff. Our server was less than helpful and we could tell they must have assumed we were unworthy of accommodating service and weren’t going to tip. I would never come here again. Absolutely awful, but we had to make the best of it among our family. To our server, you’re welcome for the exceptional tip despite your awful service. No refills, awful attitude, awful check back. Don’t remember her name, but I’m sure you know who you are.

We went after a volleyball tournament with a group of about 20. It was on the later side and this place was short staffed. The manager was still very accommodating and the staff did an awesome job taking all the orders and keeping them straight. They had a tough taskmonntheir hands and couldn't have handled it better. Awesome experience and truly appreciated their professionalism! Our team had a great experience!

Ordered through Door Dash and after waiting 45 minutes, the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant to find out what happened and here's where things went really sideways...The manager (Pete?) was very snippy and basically acted like it wasn't his problem and blamed Door Dash. Fine, but unfortunately, this wasn't the first time we've had issues with this store with delivery, customer service and/or food quality. If the manager would have been helpful, this whole situation would have been a lot better because ultimately we're customers of the restaurants. If they can't figure out how to work with their 3rd party delivery effectively, they shouldn't work with them and they definitely shouldn't take their issues out on their customers. Can't a girl just get some chicken wings??!
