So we stopped at this Burger King on the way out of town. The person in front of us was taking back two sandwiches that were wrong. Then while I was ordering two different orders from the drive thru were wrong. I tried four different times to explain that I wanted the number one meal medium size and that I wanted to add an additional medium fry and medium drink. Not only did they not get that right but she somehow managed to send my order through twice.They wound up throwing away five sandwiches, four fries, and three drinks to fill four orders.

Not expecting a culinary experience.The time before this one I went in for lunch with a friend there was a guy sitting behind me holding Court as it was and he was screaming and cursing and I had to tell him to shut up! Can't believe I'm 57 and almost got in a fight at BURGER KING.

last night i had a few missing items in my bag. i ordered a lot so hard to verify, so please if you go here check your bag. also, its the second time getting food here in a month and both times my stomach was in pain the next day. my daughter stomach was hurting her as well. no longer visiting this location.

Honestly the best burgerking in Indiana just because of the service and care and they know how to handle customer service and my food is always the best at this location ! My experience is that i went thru the drive thru and gave my code which apparently the app was glitching but the person handling it took it very professional and took care of it from his end I appreciate you

I ordered 4 items: whopper, big fish, and orders of chicken fries. The crews of kids at night gave me 2 fresh items and the rest were hard, old, dry. Now I have food poisoning. I wonder how easy it would be to sue a place like this for selling old food? Maybe I’ll just contact the health department instead. So many choices….
