The food is either too salty or cold. The service varies iv had this really nice guy that was enthusiastic about working there and another guy that just seemed to hate that job. They've forgot to put parts of my order in the bag so make sure to check your bag before pulling away! Wouldn't recommend this place but they're open late and kind of the only fast food restaurant in this area with late hours. They take a long time to serve the line. Ex. Very disappointed! Takes nearly 10Min everyday on my lunch break just for ONE single sandwich.. Whopper Jr with cheese oftentimes forgotten cheese..... Even when there is no one in the drivethru let alone inside the store... Atmosphere I consider to be the pleasant voice in the box is why it's given a 4 star. *Service? The manager here is awesome. I used the bk app for a pickup delivery for the first time and didn't pick the toppings correctly. She didn't hesitate to ask me what I wanted on my burger and directed the cook to make me a new fresh one. She was very kind, and even put on fresh onion rings for me since the burger was being remade. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and how well she runs her crew. ?
