If I could give service a lower rating I would. I give this place chances over and over and they make my order wrong everytime. I wonder how since what I order is printed off on paper or on a screen all you have to do is read it. The last time I went the lady at the pay window told me “You’re wasting my time.” I’ve been waiting in your drive through for over 20 minutes…. Who is wasting whose time? They are so rude and if you are honestly that miserable at your job why do you stay and work there? I would never recommend this location because they surely don’t care about anything. As I’m writing this review they messed up my order AGAIN and my issue is I am charged extra for extra things that they always forget. They just take your money and give poor service. I would skip this place.

Ordered dbl Whopper with bacon, only. Ordered original chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. Whopper came with EVERYTHING EXCEPT bacon. Chicken sandwich came with EVERYTHING EXCEPT cheese and bacon. This has happened the past 2 times I have ordered from this store through Doordash. VERY disappointed.

Very rude people especially the lady manager. First when I was ordering I was told to stop the order taker was talking. I tried to use a code for free fries but was told I never gave them a code. Then I paid and never got my debit card back. When I tried to ask very politely if she could double check to see if my card fell on the floor the manager started yelling and arguing with me. I never got my card back when I finished I was in tears. I will never go back there even when I live across the street.

This store is severely understaffed. The drive thru people are clearly frustrated on a regular basis. If you are the only one sitting at the window, no one in front of you, they often take up to 5 minutes to even acknowledge your presence at the window.
