Last night I went to Canal Bistro and I was not disappointed to say the least. They are extremely attentive with their service. The restaurant itself is in a cute location right on the canal. The inside of the restaurant also was extremely clean. My boyfriend and I sat on the patio last night to enjoy our meal. To start with, they bring out free pita bread and oil/herbs. I got the Sangria, which was refreshing on a hot day. I also ordered the Chicken Shawarma and i upgraded my fries to have feta and garlic on them. My meal was delicious and I would likely order it again. My boyfriend got a Gyro, which he said was delicious. They also have a cute ice cream shop attached to their building. We were too full to enjoy some ice cream, but I will be trying some next time. Overall, it was a great meal.

Our go to brunch spot-dog friendly and fabulous! Everything on the menu is worth a try-the gyro, feta garlic fries and the chicken kabob are my favorite.

The lamb shank was easily one of the best I've ever had! Bursting with flavor! Our table shared the mezze plate and the baba and hummus was incredible. And their drinks were fun, delicious, and strong! Definitely recommend.

Really excellent and unique menu, great selection and fantastic service. The chicken is on my mind weekly. It's a mediterranean place, so don't expect the burger to be the best thing on the menu. The feta potatoes are a must for sides.

What a lovely evening at the Canal Bistro in Broad Ripple! My husband and I have been looking for a lovely Mediterranean restaurant ever since we moved here from NYC. Canal Bistro did not disappoint! It was a lovely atmosphere and we look forward to coming back when it’s warmer to dine on the patio. The food was divine and the service was amazing. Lindsey was incredibly friendly and we really enjoyed talking with her!Cannot recommend highly enough!
