When there's a certain employee working everything will get done like its suppose too, but when shes not working, the retards are, and they cant even make coffee. Or they dont wanna do their job, just sit outside and smoke. Worthless humans, and that's why they'll always be stuck in jobs like that.

Stopped to get dinner after a long day at work, pulled in at 910pm and filled my company truck up before I went to get my food. Oh, but the kitchen closes at 930 mins you it wasn’t 930 yet. So I’ll never be back. And I love Casey’s, but businesses need to get a handle on customer service again.

I ordered delivery and got pieces of a pizza that were too old to sell mixed in with some fresher slices and a couple of missing pieces would not recommend it's just clear the staff did this

I asked if they could make a cheese pizza because there were none out there because my daughter loves the cheese pizza they said they couldn’t because they had an order to make I mean is it that hard to put a cheese pizza in the oven and then the cashiers just act like it’s a problem having customers the ones that were there when I was there anyways so I’m going to the other location from now on because the kitchen people at this location is very lazy and very unfriendly

I am sitting here now to write this review for Caseys off stop 12 and madison. Needless to say I did not have much money to put in gas, the employee, maybe started with a G? Was extremely helpful and kind. I went to pump my embarrassing amount of money in the tank and this angel added money on there herself to help me. She needs a raise!!! Kindness, This is a rare thing these days. So if you're reading this, bless you!!

Horrible employees!! Waited in a long line for an older lady who worked there to start taking people so now there was two lines going and then she had an attitude with all the customers saying we can all stop being stupid and form two lines. So people started speaking up and were like hey lady we were in one line because there was only one open register at the time. She then proceeded to say to all the customers if we don't like it we can get the hell out of HER STORE.
If I could give this location -500 stars, I absolutely would. 03/25/2023 my fiancé and I were waiting in line along with many other customers. The female cashier (refused to give me her name but I was told the manager is April Harris) was yelling at an older man because her register would not work. after finally giving him his change back because a second customer stepped in and told her she was being rude (after refusing to do so for roughly 5 minutes). Many customers began to leave after this but my fiancé and I decided to stay. My fiancé walked over to grab a donut before paying and the male kitchen worker make a snarky comment about us needing to leave. When my fiancé replied "I'm not being rude", the male kitchen worker said "i am" and then threatened violence upon him. At this point, I had said "this is not good customer service" which caused the female cashier to become irate. She then stated she was "willing to lose her job today" and called me a "fat b**ch"...I'm pregnant lol. When my fiance said this, she stated she did not care and charged at me, even throwing her headphones out! While she was talking to the police, I spoke with a customer outside who stated April Harris had fat shamed and called them names multiple times. Obviously, this location has a reputation. In conclusion, do not waste your time and do not give these horrible natured, valueless people your money!

This review is more for the food court. We ordered a make your own pizza to sausage and cheese everything was great everybody was nice friendly the pizzas was even good but it looks like they just threw a handful of sausage on one side of the pizza.(Update)My girlfriend's mother called in and they informed us that the order was correct that we only ordered a cheese pizza LOL then why is there sausage on it and I know what I ordered they acted like we were lying. Dropped a star due to poor customer relations.

I go here frequently usually at night but every time I go & I mean everytime in the morning I hear almost EVERY worker talking about how much they hate being in there . Makes me want to not go in the mornings for coffeeEdit - even after you replied to my comment I went in today and someone was complaining LOUDLY how much she hated her job amoungst other things . It’s truly draining . I get not liking your job but the entire store shouldn’t hear how much you hate it . Keep it to yourself or get a different job
