Customer service is bad , he asked me my order 3 times , I got my food & the order was still wrong , i waited for a hour for my food & it still was not right, i will not come back first impressions is everything at a restaurant or any food place , very inconvenient for me no longer will be a customer there .

As long as you get it fresh the food is good. Only had a problem with the catfish but I don't order it anymore. Chicken is their specialty so I'll stick with ordering that. Customer service was actually great the last few times I ordered.Parking: The parking lot is a pothole country. Should I say ditches.

I walked in and there stereo was so loud, I couldn't hear myself think. When I finally got someone's attention I ordered 8 wings and fries. He told me 10min wait. I went to my car and came back in and he was standing in the middle of the restaurant taking selfies ? and said 5 more minutes. I went back to car and came back 10mins later. It still wasn't ready, I said is this how you treat customers? This is my 1st and last time coming here. Then he said good, seriously. It would be different if the food was delicious and worth the wait it was very bland no seasoning at all.
