If you aren’t Uber eats good luck ordering food. Walked in and was told to go order at the register. Guy at the register looked right past me and said he was assisting someone else. Oh ok. Guess I’ll order food elsewhere. Hey thanks for offering to take my order as I’m walking out the door.

I never thought I would have to post a review of this well known eatery and staff. Right before Thanksgiving day I used your drive thru. I ordered very specifically fried chicken nugget meal. I specifically stated how much I dislike the grill ones. Yet the order taker put in grill. I suppose he thought what a joke on me. I had to return back to the restaurant after getting to destination highly upset and disappointed only for the order taker to be crude and short with me. He pretended to go get me fresh fries yet that and nuggets were cold. I called the customer service number to report it. They just wanted to send me a Fry coupon. Not satisfied with that the store manager was unhelpful stating the regional manager will call me back. No call back. No great customer satisfaction served. Believe it people it can happen. I'm just reporting it because life was going on. But now home from hospital I have time to type. Unhelpful unbelievablly disappointed with no call back and no empathy to spending 15bucks for a cold meal even after 2nd chance. I spoke to 3 people and if 1 person would have just taken ownership instead of passing the buck and blowing me off, this experienced review would end differently.

Got food delivered to work. Uber driver was fast. The food wasn’t good . The fries taste like they were a day old. I tried to contact the store but it’s a voicemail that no one answers. I can not and will not eat this. I literally just wasted money.

This has to be the worst Chick-Fil-A I've ever walked into. It's bad enough that I came here to begin with.First off, empty your trash.Second, clean your dining room.Third, wipe down your counters.Don't argue with me about my order.When you give me the wrong drink, fix it. Don't roll your eyes, dump it, use the same cup, and then refill it.When you give me the wrong food, fix it. Don't sigh and snatch the wrong food out of my hand. Don't tell the guy in the back about "this dude right here".Don't argue about what you think I said. I said have a better day.It was heart warming in one way, this is how Chick-Fil-A of old used to be in the 90's.. You were better off getting a smack in the mouth than go here.

This location is great! The owner is incredible and the staff are always moving fast. The lines at lunch can be very long, but they do an amazing job of getting everyone through quickly.

I am disgusted by my experience. The manager Ricky Wallace accused me of lying because his staff continuously makes orders incorrectly. He lied and said he watched the employee add bacon to my burger but admitted he didn't once I brought the sandwich back in and it very obviously NEVER had bacon on it. I asked for the number to customer service to which he wrote down the number below. The number is not associated with Chick-fil-a whatsoever, the name is CFA but it is an insurance company. Ricky Wallace PURPOSELY gave me this number in hopes that I couldn't get in contact with corporate. He yelled and embarrassed me in front of a store full of people, accusing me of lying and saying they wouldn't replace my order. How this manager treated me is very disappointing because I know Chick-fil-a to be better than this. I have asked the owner to pull the cameras so that they all could see for themselves and see Ricky Wallace write down the incorrect number and hand it to me and see that he lied about watching the staff member put bacon on my sandwich, meaning he embarrassed me for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! I have spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars at this store alone! It is shameful how I was treated!

Overall, it was a pretty good meal, everything tasted good. The chicken was hot, the fries were fresh. It could be a little bit more seasoned and it wasn't too bad. I'll give it a 3 and a 1/2 star.

It’s tough for me to give a CFA two stars, though I have no choice. The staff are indifferent, despite 11 staff members behind the counter, only 1 was taking orders. Rest were eating a biscuit, “trying to clock in”, or carrying their Buffalo Wild Wings bag. Despite only one group of 3 in front of us, it took 12 minutes for us to be acknowledged, and that was only after I asked a guy if he could take our order.Place seems focused on their door dash operation, as the dine in experience is poor. Ordered delivery through their app and the food was delivered at the wrong address. In the picture, the drinks weren't even there. When I called this location, the manager told us to take it up with door dash. The whole customer journey was poor. Even though it's a third party delivering system, Chick-Fil-A should still take ownership. The experience ends when the customer receives the food, not when it leaves the doors of the restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant.
